Delta Drive

We didn’t want to take away from the natural character of this home. The clients had already had us renovate the basement in a previous phase, so we were excited to transform their main floor to match. We made cost-effective choices to compensate for the over-sized kitchen that required tons of custom cabinetry and counters. Their principal ensuite got a full renovation, while the kids main bathroom got a face-lift. A new, modern fireplace and mantle updated the living room and dining room and we added tons of pot lights to combat Delta’s grey winter skies. Finally, a gorgeous vertical wood detail served as the project’s “splurge” item that makes a great first impression.
