Process

Previous clients will tell you, its our process that sets us apart. We follow a clear, step-by-step process, which is communicated to you from the very beginning. Whether you want to be involved for every decision, or you prefer a hands-off approach, you’ll feel confident knowing where your project is headed. From the first time we collaborate and look at Pinterest boards together, to the final hand-off meeting with your contractor, you’ll feel confident and assured that we have things in hand – because we do!

Inquire

Our free, 30-minute discovery call to determine if we are a good fit for each other.

Outline

Our Initial Consultation, where we determine your wish list in room-by-room detail and create a scope of work in order to provide you with an accurate design fee proposal.

Sign
Agreement

Once you have approved your project’s Design Fee Proposal and Scope of Work, we will follow up with a Letter of Agreement for you to review and sign.

Design-Hold
Deposit

Following the Letter of Agreement, we require a 20% non-refundable deposit (of total design fees, for phases 1-3) that will be held until the end of your project. This ensures your place in our schedule, based on the agreed-to start date.

WDG does their absolute best to openly communicate timelines and schedule our clients so each client receives the care and attention they deserve. If for any reason WDG is able to start the design process earlier, we will contact you to see if you are available.
