Renovations
Renovations are truly our specialty. With a background in the design-build world, we have gained a unique perspective, allowing us to understand the construction details that go into implementing all of our designs. We understand the trades, process, timing, limitations and requirements that each municipality will require when planning your residential project. We can provide as much guidance as you require; delivering a turnkey project from start to finish, or working with your existing contractor to bring your vision to life as part of the team.
New Construction
New construction requires more up-front coordination with your architectural team and contractor, and we are happy to work as part of your team to help facilitate a smooth process. We can coordinate everything from design ideas, through drafting, City permits and collaboration with the various consultants required in each municipality. Having us involved earlier, ensures the layout your Architect designs will accommodate the design goals you have for your home. One of the most exciting things about New Construction, is we can complete it for you no matter where you live. Our detailed, thoughtful process works seamlessly electronically, allowing us to deliver all the important design requirements and communication through virtual meetings with you and your contractor.
